All Postage is free unless delivery is overseas

Please allow 7 – 9 days delivery, if you require next day delivery please contact us and we will do our up most to fulfill your needs

We will deliver any where in the UK and also over seas, however please email us for overseas and we will quote you the postage costs.

All refunds will be given to either UK or Over seas, however if it is found that this is down to the customer error, OR a customer change of mind once items sent to me from my suppliers, then a 10% charge will be deducted for ordering in your item, which we have to pay for, on cost price and delivery to get your goods into us. Any items wanting to be refunded, must be returned to us prior to any refund being given. And all items must be sent in the same condition which you received it, and must be returned fully protected to reduce any damage…

so there fore please check your orders before processing, if in any doubt then please check first.

Accepted Payment Methods

Cheques – Please make all cheques payable to: ROB FOWLER. Please confirm your name and address on the reverse of the cheque, along with cheque guarantee card details. Please don’t forget to include the full descriptions of the items you are ordering.

Cash – Cash sent via standard mail is sent purely at senders own risk. Please ensure you include a full description of the item/items you are ordering.

cards accepted through – Pay Pal – All orders taken via our online shop are handled via Pay Pal. A Pay pal account is not necessary as long as your order is under £500.00 (GBP). For amounts over £500.00, buyers will need a Pay Pal account in order to complete the transaction. This is a security feature set up by Pay Pal to protect against Credit/Debit Card fraud.

Alternatively, you are welcome to come and view a product in person, but please contact us first, and please inform us of the product you are after.

REFUNDS

ANY ITEM WANTING TO BE RETURNED MUST BE DONE SO IN THE FOLLOWING MANNOR

CONTACTING US VIA EMAIL OR PHONE WITH THE EXACT PROBLEM WITHIN 2 DAYS AFTER RECIEVING IT !

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS AND MUST NOT OF BEEN USED IN ANY WAY, IF THEY’VE BEEN USED THEN THIS WILL VOID THE REFUND.

ANY ITEMS BEING RETURNED IS AT THE POSTAGE COST OF THE CUSTOMER, HOWEVER I WILL REPLACE AT MY POSTAGE FEES IF IT IS OUR MISTAKE, IF IT IS FOUND TO BE THE CUSTOMERS ERROR WHEN ORDERING ETC… ANY CHARGES FOR REPLACEMENT ETC.. WILL BE AT THE  CUSTOMERS EXPENSES.
